On March 28 the LEF hosted its inaugural spring fundraiser to benefit the Ladue School District. The event was held at Shock City Studios, a hip, newly renovated recording studio. The sold-out event was a major success; attendees enjoyed an evening of great art, music and food while supporting the district’s students and staff.
District alumni, parents and community artists and galleries donated thousands of dollars in amazing art to support our district.
Many artists created one-of-a-kind pieces that ranged from refined to edgy — and everything in between. We also showcased original artwork from our very own Ladue School District art students & teachers.
We are very fortunate to live in a community that places such value on education. Not only did we surpass our financial goal by raising more than $30,000, but this was a great opportunity to bring together alumni, parents and community!
Many thanks to the attendees, event committee members, artists and sponsors who played a crucial role in the event’s success! To view pictures of the event, as well as a list of participating artists and sponsors, please visit www.laduefoundation.org and the Ladue News.
